Pilot Program - The Outlet
The Outlet is a place where people come together to play cards and games and share stories together. People from all over Cincinnati come to the City Gospel Mission on Saturday mornings to have fun and to plug into people?s
lives. Many people who participate in Outlet are currently without a
permanent home and support system and they enjoy having a friendly
environment that makes it easy to meet and engage with positive people.
The Outlet program provides an opportunity to build strong recreational
programming and learn more about how to encourage people to build
relationships in a casual and fun environment. These learnings will apply to
additional recreational programs that will be available through CityLink
Center when it opens in 2008.
